submission guidelines

submissions are open for PLAY until july 15th

play is summer. play is games. play is music. sweet sweet tunes. play is running around the poppy fields with your best friend and swimming in the river after splitting a sandwich. play is play is play.

all issue submissions should be sent to windupmicepress@gmail.com
- up to THREE pieces of poetry
- (let us know if a poem needs special formatting)
- up to THREE pieces of art
subject line: PLAY Submission
please include a brief third-person bio
all work must be previously unpublished, both in print and online
we do not tolerate any subject matters of blatant homophobia, misogyny, racism, or overt pornography
simultaneous submissions are encouraged. just let us know if your piece gets picked up elsewhere
multiple submissions are not allowed.
we aim to respond within three weeks
donate to our paypal @windupmicepress (all funds go towards print issues) for a 24-hour decision

contributors are unfortunately not paid at this time but will receive a print contributor copy
